Olumuyiwa Adejobi, the spokesperson of the Nigeria Police Force, has applauded the quality of locally made guns discovered in a gun factory in Jos, the Plateau state capital.
In a statement earlier released, Adejobi said the police recently uncovered a factory in Kuru, Jos, Plateau state where rifles are fabricated. He disclosed that a total of 2 Ak-47 rifles, 9 automatic pistols, and 1,800 rounds of live ammunition were recovered.
Posting the photos of the recovered rifles on X, Adejobi stated that the men who produce the illegal arms are talented and that the federal government needs to work with them.
He also stated that the ammunitions can kill just as the legally produced ones.
