On Monday, both Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu's office and Hamas refuted claims of a temporary ceasefire in Gaza aimed at facilitating the entry of humanitarian aid and the departure of foreign individuals via the Rafah border crossing connecting Gaza and Egypt. Netanyahu's office issued a statement emphasizing the absence of a ceasefire and any arrangement regarding humanitarian assistance in exchange for the evacuation of foreigners.
Additionally, Hamas representative Izzat El Reshiq dismissed the reports concerning the Rafah border crossing's reopening and the notion of a temporary ceasefire, as reported by CBS.
